The Borderline Speedway is mourning the loss of a Speedway Icon, Absolute Gentleman in David Vears.
David is a Life member of the Borderline Speedway Club. David worked bloody hard over the years with the beloved Dads Army of volunteers who day in and day out keep our great club in pristine condition before, during and after our race days. He was also a great competitor of our great sport.
We send our condolences to Ann, Jo, Liz, Dick and Darren and all his family and friends.
At 12pm this Saturday July 2, David will make his final journey to his beloved Borderline Speedway for his final lap of the venue. All are welcome to come and watch Dave’s final lap.
You wish to attend please arrive before 12pm and park in the pit area.
