This Saturday night Borderline Speedway will have its last meeting for season 2016/17 with the 38th Annual Easter Sprintcar Trail. The Easter Trail is run over 3 nights at 3 different venues. Night 1 starts on Friday night at Avalon Raceway in Lara Victoria. Night 2 heads across the border to the Borderline Speedway in Mount Gambier for Night 2 of the trail, then it all ends on night 3 at the high banks of Premier Speedway in Warrnambool.

With $5000 to win each night and a Harley Davidson Street 500 up for grabs for the overall winner, $2000 cash bonus for second in overall points and further $1000 for third it will be a hotly contested battle. Also a $10,000 bonus to any one driver who can sweep all three nights! Quick time bonuses up for grabs every night plus a $500 Indy Race Parts Voucher for the high points man each night.

With a 48 strong Sprintcar field is going to be one meeting not to be missed. Locals include Rory Button, Steven Lines, Glen Sutherland, Jake Tranter and Ben Gartner will take on drivers like Grant Anderson, David Murcott, Darren Mollenoyux, Lisa Walker and Shaun Dobson to name a few.

On the support program we will see the Wingless Sprints do battle around the 372metre bullring of Borderline Speedway.  VSC Standard Saloons will put on a show for the crowd for the final time this season.

We will end the night with a massive fireworks display thanks to the team at Profire Pyrotechnics.
